How to import 360° GoPro Max footage into FCPX version 11.1 on my M4-Mac Mini.

Hi to all, I have purchase a GoPro Max a few days ago with the intention of stationing upon a small desk in my studio and capturing a 29 minute movie of about 5 friends discussing spiritual matters while seated around the camera. I want to use the audio captured by the device to be used for making the video in FCPX. I am aware that there are steep learning curves that I need to climb before being able to do what I aim to do, and, reading articles/watching YT videos have made me confused.

I badly need help in many areas of this workflow of working with 360° footage and as I cannot ask multiple questions in a single post, I am restricting this post to a single question: 'How to import 360° GoPro Max footage into FCPX version 11.1 on my M4-Mac Mini'

Regards and take care
