How do I fix Apple Notes collaboration error Unable to start collaboration?

For some reason, almost every time that I tried to collaborate on Apple Notes with somebody, I get the attached error. "An Error Occurred. Unable to start collaboration, and then randomly, sometimes it works. The person I'm trying to send this one too. I have multiple Notes collaborations with. But I cannot figure out how to stop this error. Anyone have advice?
