Your Library Could Not Be Opened, Error code: -5000

I just opened the app and saw this, I´ve deleted the app and reinstalled it, I've deleted the cache, I've reseted app, update it, deleted music folder, but nothing. Every time I sign in, I get this pop up. Not just in Apple Music, also in Apple TV. I don't know what to do really. I've searched the error code, but there isn't a fix anywhere. It only let's me quit the app, that's it.
