Setting Up a Network:
Not so certain how iCloud+ would come into play when creating your home network. When purchasing a router, you might want to consider purchasing a router/modem in-one, because, if you do not own the modem, you are leasing it from your ISP. As for setting it up, read the manuals. You need to use the Default Gateway to log into your router, by entering it into the address bar of your Web browser. But, it all comes down to creating an administrator account.
Default Gateways are either:
192.168.0.1
192.168.1.1
