Weird issue in my Mac finder : can’t open app -36

I used to reset Mac sometimes even daily that I ran into frimware issue but it was fixed . But after that I continued to reset it many times without knowing it may cause issues , and one time when I was resetting activation of Mac didn’t work , so I connected it to fedora machine to restore firmware , at the download stage which took a long time and didn’t finish I disconnected Mac and restarted out of dfu mode and to my surprise it was activated successfully, but after installing Mac OS a weird issue began … when I attempted to open any file its app doesn’t open and there is a prompt says can’t open app (…) and at the bottom (-36) , for example videos don’t open in vlc or any app else , I tried many solutions even I erased Mac and reinstalled Mac OS and the issue still there , even I contacted apple and no solution , so I want to ask … is there any chance for fixing it or I have to buy a new Mac ?

macerror -36

Mac OS error -36 (ioErr): I/O error (bummers)

I/O Error sounds generic, but is VERY specific, It says that even after re-reading some data blocks 1000 times using error correction, error-free data could not be read.

You almoot certainly have a Bad Block on disk.

the usual solution is to check that your backup is recent, then

'Erase all settings and data' then

Re-install macOS, then

restore your files and settings from your backup.
