Upgraded to New Apple Watch Series 10 now friends can't see activity

I recently upgraded my apple watch. I have re-added my friends to my activity sharing, they accept we can both see each other. Now after 2-3 days my activity is either gone or not updating on their devices. I have restarted my watch and iPhone. I have unfriended them and added them back, same thing keeps happening. Any ideas would be great!
