Editing song title/genre in Apple Music

I am having the issue where I cannot edit single songs for either the song title and/or genre. This is a huge problem for me as I'm a little OCD about this. I really need Apple to fix this because not all music is "DANCE" or "Contemporary Latin".

If someone were to ask me, "Hey, do you have Heavy Metal?" are we talking about the kind where you vomit out of your ears or Iron Maiden/Metallica kind of heavy metal? There is a huge difference.

Just like with different songs in different languages. Not all Latin music is the same. There are so many sub genres and this is a feature that no longer exists in Apple Music and I am very unhappy.

I just got my laptop back from the Genius lab and all of my files have been scrubbed since my HDMI ports needed to be replaced. At this point, I should have just gotten a new computer. VERY unhappy with this. I know I can batch edit the genres, but I am a stickler for spelling on a song. What gives???

From the user tip:

iTunes Store purchases

In some cases store purchases where you've set custom metadata may revert to the details held by the store. This appears to be an unintended consequence of the way that your purchase history in the cloud is integrated with locally stored media. To prevent this happening you can hide your purchases for affected items while retaining a local copy. Unless you have iCloud Music Library as part of Apple Music or iTunes Match purchases also need to be stored locally in order to make changes to them.
