3-hour backup time for iPhone 15 Pro Max
It takes about 3 hours to back up my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Is that normal/typical? How do I get a faster back up.

Speed of the backup is going to be dependent on the wi-fi network you are using and the amount of content that you have. The best thing to do is to plug in the phone when you go to bed and let it backup while you sleep. You can set that up in Settings under iCloud backup. Once you are connected to wi-fi and power and the phone locks, it will backup nightly without you having to do anything else.
