How do I stop sending individual texts from showing in group chats?

individual text sent to group chat but on my phone looks like individual text message. group can see it but i cant see the msg on group chat. how do prevent this from happening?

group has android users.

I typed the message into individual’s private thread and not the group chat. I sent it separately ONLY to the individual. This is so frustrating.
