Like I’m trying to unlink my contacts and no matter what I do it’s like there’s no like button. It says unlike contacts there are buttons that say link contacts but none of the other.

Not sure what you are referring to with unlink, like, unlike, and link contacts. Maybe you are talking about a Favorite Contact.
In any case, we will try and help. In some cases it may help to visualize what you are seeing with a screenshot as long as it does not contain personal information. As a reference, here is the User Guide that is searchable for many topics. You may find that the terminology for features between devices are different, and there is always a slight learning curve, but you will get it. The same happens for iPhones users who try and use Android devices.
