Saving completed online forms in Safari on MacBook Pro

I find that I am filling out a lot of on line forms these days and the main problem is that there is no record of the transaction available once the "Return" button is activated.

Currently I am taking screen shots but this is a pain as the text boxes are usually small (Providers of e services don't like using their time!) and therefore requires a number of screens to cover the content. Using a WP to compose the text is a useful aid but does fall down in a number of areas in particular try it back to the full conversation. Also noted that E Form providers don't seem to like providing a reference copy so they only know what the full transaction was!

I am finding this a major failing in using IT commercially so I need a way of saving a completed on line form as it will be received by the URL when the "Return" is selected. Are there any solutions out there? This post is a good example of the problem I would like a copy please but how?

Online forms are usually an HTML form with fieldset(s) and a "post" method to send the content you have entered to the backend server process that incorporates your input into a database or other server-side processing solution. There is no provision for local logging of your form input to a local file.

You can take a screen shot of the completed form before you click the submit button as a record of your input.
