Family sharing iCloud - child ipad

Family sharing.

My grand daughter has an Apple account (under 13)

I got her an iPad and set it up for her.

I have Apple One. She is a family member (and has been).

On my iPhone/Mac account, it shows she has access

to everything.

Apple Arcade

Apple Music

AppleTV +

On her iPad, it shows only access to

Apple Arcade

Apple Music

AppleTV +

no iCloud+

Her backup goes to her iCloud 5GB, not the Apple One Family shared iCloud. .
