Apple Music App returns error messages with no way to fix

When I open the Apple Music App on Windows 11, it gives me these messages: Your cloud music library session has expired. To reconnect, sign in to your apple account.

click on ok

Your iTunes Store session has expried. to reconnect, sign in to your apple account.

Ok

I'm signed in to apple music online and the web browser version works fine. It works on my iphone. but there is nothing I can do, and agents have had me try everything to make it work.

the only other possible explanation is an Apple owned platform called Sidify music converter, which has an apple music player built in. Maybe that broke the app.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled. The same problem. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Windows, Windows 10
