How to talk/chat with a Genius Bar

I've just made an appointment at a Genius Bar. MSSG: "on Thursday, July 17, 2025, 1:20 PM"

But when I see the confirmation on the on the web page with ( save to calendar ) option. Clicking the tab returns a long in-app mssg " unable to save .... rsa-.. server"

I'd like to call the Store to confirm the appointment. How does one reach a particular store?

Saving or not saving the appointment to your calendar has no effect on the appointment itself. Screenshot the confirmation.

You might also, if you have an iPhone, download the Apple Store App. You should be able to see your appointments there.
