Syncing fitness ring goals with menstrual cycle in Apple Health app
Is there a way to sync your fitness ring goals to fluctuate with your cycle? And have your health app automatically sync and work as the brain for your fitness app, allowing the daily goals to reflect what should actually be appropriate for that aspect of women’s health. I understand there are a lot of variables, like post-partem, pregnancy, etc. but there is a whole aspect of the health that is under utilized. Also a lot of cycle apps allow people to keep track of symptoms, mood, projected hormonal fluctuations, etc.
Would love to see that data be able to be used to in the health app, and for the daily goals to respond to that.
