Automatic punctuation with a specific word with voice to text

This is an odd one. For context, I’m a personal assistant, and have been working on getting some yard work done for my employer’s home. When using voice to text to communicate with him about this, the phone keeps inserting an open parentheses in front of the word landscaping, every single time I say it, no matter where in the sentence, or whether I paused or anything like that. I’m pretty used to the common insertions such as commas, periods, etc but I’ve never had parentheses automatically added, and it’s only doing it with this specific word that I have noticed. The following sentence is composed with voice to text as an example: How do you feel about the (landscaping design artist we just interviewed?

I’ve checked my automatic text replacement settings already, and there’s nothing there about this - I only have one replacement like that for and it’s for an abbreviation. It’s also happening in every single instance I use it no matter the app. iMessage, email, browsers all do it, so it seems like voice to text itself is the issue. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening and how to fix it?
