Difficulty scheduling Genius Bar appointments for non-listed issues
I am slowly getting frustrated with the site changes regarding how we can schedule Genius Bar appointments. So far I've found a way to at least find the store closest to me, but there's only the option for a hardware change (or whatever it says exactly, I have forgotten by now since I've become frustrated).
Every option I check, whether it's a cracked screen, battery issues, etc., there's a helpful suggestion and / or troubleshooting info to prevent me from making an appointment. My issue is not listed. What if I learn better by hands on experience or simply prefer talking to a person standing/sitting in front of/next to me? We are all different regarding how we prefer to get help with our Apple products. We pay enough to buy them so we should be able to make appointments for anything we want without spending so much time to figure out how.
