Apple Music on Windows 11 - Reset play count to 0 under properties NOT working.

I am running Apple Music on a Windows 11 machine. I am trying to reset the play count to zero by using the properties option for a song(s). I reset the play count to zero. It appears to be working but within a few seconds it changes back to the count it was before I changed it to 0. I was able to do this successfully on a Windows machine with iTunes back in the day. After reading many posts and articles, I've come to understand you can do this on a MAC but there are problems with Apple Music running on Windows. I'm so frustrated with this situation. If anyone could help me with this issue I sure would appreciate it.
