Accidentally selected "never for this device" when plugging in iPhone to import photos

I thought the pop-up was from Dropbox, but it was Mac OS/Photos.

How can I reset this so that the pop-up comes up again? (I know I can go and manually import them, but my wife like the pop-up.)

Also, she just updated Mac OS and now her photo library isn't searchable. She's put names and keywords of photos into the "info" for photos and used to be able to search based on those, but it's not working now. Anyone know why not and how to fix?

Thanks in advance for any help!

When we plug in the phone, we (used to) get a pop-up asking if we want to import photos. It also had a "cancel" or a "never for this device" option. I clicked "never" because I thought it was Dropbox, which sometimes asks to manage photo imports.

But my wife wants the pop up back so I don't know how to reset that. I found some articles/links, but they were old and the window/menu options they showed in that thread aren't in the current software (or at least, they don't appear in the same place).
