hi whenever I am downloading any image without a backgrund on my iphone 13 it is appearing on a white background only . cant fix this as i need the image without any background only

That's true for the unmodified original. But in my experience, (rather limited, I'll admit, and on a Mac) if you edit the picture and export it, even if it's png, then the transparency will be gone, and the background will be white..

Very possible, but as he has only been talking about the downloaded image, he should be fine, in my opinion. So, for use in Pages or Affinity Photo for example.
