Album tracks out of order or duplicated in Music app on Mac mini

I have an issue where songs on albums are listed either oddly (track 1 appears at the bottom of the list so album starts with track 2) or in the wrong album (however the info shows the correct album info and track number). Also I have double ups of tracks, music videos are listed as one song but the actual video is something else. It's a complete mess.

Any advice or assistance appreciated.
