How can I permanently disable contact suggestions on iPhone?

Apple….I am so disappointed in yall. I have been a loyal iPhone user for lets just says a long time & the new “feature” of Contact Suggestion where it reads “Maybe: The person’s name here” is insanity. How are Apple developers assuming I want a random number automatically saved into my phone? That’s an invasion of privacy if I’ve ever seen one…the amount of frustration I’ve experienced trying to turn it off & remove the Maybe words followed a name is simply diabolical. I have never went out of my way to user Apple Community so you must know how pressed I am about this. I’ll be switching over to Android if an update isn’t issued fixing what i’m going to call a glitch. Until then since i’ve already invested in this not cheap phone that i am seeming not to have control over….worrisome…May someone guide me to a way to permanently not have that “feature” on. I already went in my settings and toggled with Siri not suggesting contacts IT DID NOT WORK , someone please tell me there’s light at the end of the tunnel

Not sure what you are referring to as an invasion of privacy with a number automatically saved into your phone.

Are you referring to incoming calls where the number is saved in your call log including a "Maybe" tag based on Caller ID info?
Are you talking about texting to a number that is not in your Contacts?
Are you seeing this name automatically added to your Contacts when you have not allowed it?
Are you referring to communication with a number that is already in your Contacts where the name is different from the suggestion?
Have you went into the Contacts Settings and turned off the option to "Learn from This App" for Siri & Search?
In addition to the Contacts Settings for Siri & Search that you have already disabled, you should also disable those under Mail and Calendar as suggestions can also come from those apps where a name is associated with a phone number.
