Apple Music 'Home' page error on iOS and Mac

On both my iphone (15 Pro Max - iOS 18.5) and Macbook I cannot access the Apple Music 'home' screen. It gives the above error. I refresh it and nothing happens/get the same erro. This has gone on for a couple weeks. Curiously, it happened for a couple months last year then just spontaneously resolved but now it's back. My wife and I share the same Apple Music account/profile also cannot get to the Home page on her iPhone (16 Pro). Music otherwise seems to be working perfectly well--the 'New' page works, library works fine, cloud library works fine, etc.
