How do I turn off Mail notifying me that an attachment didn't load when replying to an email?

It is IMMENSLEY annoying to have almost every reply I start have a notification pop up interfering with my working directly on the reply notifying me that Apple can't load an attachment! Please, please, please provide a way to stop this constant annoyance or, maybe, figure out how to attach an attachment to an email?

So, I am on 15.5, I have huge and available memory, and my internet connection is almost 300 Mbps.

If you don't want that reminder: Seems a lot depends upon the Mail settings you have chosen

or

the default settings left in place on your Mac, that you can customize to suit

and

if you like, you can choose the Mail settings you want for all replies with attachments

Eg: In a reply: you can choose whether or not to include an attachment when composing a reply

or

To automatically include an attachment, choose to forward the message (You can still add a reply at the top)

Eg: says near the bottom:

5: If the original message contains attachments, decide whether to include them:

    • Include attachments: Click  in the toolbar of the message window or choose Edit > Attachments > Include Original Attachments in Reply.
    • Exclude attachments: Click  in the toolbar of the message window or choose Message > Remove Attachments.
  • Choose attachments settings for all replies: Choose Edit > Include Attachments With Replies, then select an option.
    • Note: Attachments are included in messages you forward.
  1. When you’re ready, click

If you prefer to always omit the original message from your replies, choose Mail > Settings, click Composing, then unselect “Quote the text of the original message”.
