How to deactivate Bluetooth exchange and remove from Dock

I engaged bluetooth exchange icon accidentally and now the icon is in the dock. I want to remove it from the dock as ham not wanting to use it now

Control-click it, choose Quit if it shows up, and then Remove from Dock under Options.
