how do I remove an iPhone from the cloud?

I am returning an iPhone XVI due to Costco's inability to provide service. Unfortunately all my data, is currently on it as well as my other Apple equipment. 2 iMacs, 2 iPads and two other iPhones. After return, I will buy 2 phones from AT&T or Apple.
