I have been trying to make an appointment online for the Genius Bar at the Third Street Promenade. But it doesn't seem to be possible. It just directs me to other stores. Has the Genius Bar been discontinued at the Santa Monica store?

Third Street Promenade - Apple Store - Apple
Contact the store and ask them.
We are not Apple but other end users, so no one here can give you an official answer.
I get the same results just now (0830 PDT). Did you try during hours when the store was open?

sooooooo strange that when trying to make an appointment, it showed all the other stores in the LA region, both in text and on their map, but did not show Santa Monica. I understand this is community and not Apple. But I had hoped maybe someone else had this experience already and could advise.
