Why does my apple watch show light blue color in all the 4 areas?
As far as I know, I was sleeping during that time.

The watch is detecting a nap instead of sleep.
Happens to me as well on my Ultra 2, while reading and sitting still at a table:
You should let Apple know directly that this has to be improved by using the Feedback link.
This is the only way to make Apple Techs aware of issues.

If this happened the first time and you have just started using your watch to monitor sleep, it also may take a while for the software to interpret the readings correctly.
