Mac Find My doesn't show people but iPhone does

When I open iCloud's find devices on my MacBook (Ventura 13.2) only my personal devices show up. "People" "Items" don't appear.

"People" and "Items" appear on my iPhone's Find My.

Am I missing something or does iCloud on my Mac really not have these basic options?
