External hard drive not recognized on Mac mini Intel 2019 but works on MacBook Air M2

Hello, I have two Mac, one Mac mini 2019 on intel and one macboock Air M2.

I have an external Hard Drive that I have connected in the past to both computer. The Macmini does run bootcamp as I use windows there for servers stuff.

Today the external hard Drive stopped been identified on the macmini in both Windows and Mac. but if I connect it to the MacBook Air, it does shows up and is working just fine.

When plugged to the macmini, no shame, nothing, not in Disk Utility nor Disk Management on Windows.

I am absolutely blank on what or why it shows on one computer but not the other. Both USB port on the Mac mini works, the HDD lights up when plugged, but nothing else.

This is my livelyhood not having it working on my macmini cost me business so I am looking for some help, it's really really appreciated.
