How to stop iPhone photos from looking sharpened or bright after taking them?

I have a iPhone 14 Plus whenever i get a picture it’s what i saw until 2 seconds after that the picture changes dramatically over sharpned and so much brighter if i zoom in and get a text of some kind its so much sharpened the ‘i’ looks like a spike my old android phone photos at least are what it shows to me and hdr is sometimes good and sometimes so unnatural
