Siri remote disconnecting and erratic behavior with Panasonic Z85A OLED TV

only since replacing the panasonic plasma tv with a panasonic z85a oled tv the siri remote keeps disconnecting and becomes very erratic. panasonic and apple havent been able to help. any ideas please

Ive tryed moving the apple tv from the audio cabinet and used another apple tv and it had the same issue
