How to fix input monitoring issues for audio tracks in Logic Pro?

Today I have no input monitoring of guitar on an audio track in a multi track project that includes 4 Session Player tracks. Doesn't matter if it's mono or stereo. Has been working for weeks, but no longer. Playback is fine. Tried to create a new audio track for guitar and the same issue prevails.

Sound libraries are fine. No other glitches.

Logic 11.2.1

os Sequoia 15.5

Mini M4 - 32GB ram

Recording interface: Focusrite Scarlett 2i2, Gen 2 - connected directly in USB 3.1 port on Mini

Can you turn off Auto-Input Monitor? Does this work?

I see activity - just no output to Stereo Out or Master. Appears the issue is importing tracks originally set at 44.1khz and trying to add new tracks at 48. I'm going to do what you did - create a new project, set recording at either 44.1 or 48 (also in Audio Midi Setup). and not change anything if it works.
