You were referred to their website through a Social Media post where the poster was paid for the referral or sometimes through website advertisement. On their page they offer a "reading" that is actually a free trial to a subscription that you will be billed for if you do not cancel.

As with any fraudulent charge you have to contact the merchant and if unresolved dispute the charge through your credit card that is being billed. As you have found out, all PNO's (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc) use Automatic Billing Updaters that transfers any recurring charges from merchants to your new card. You have to actually block those charges through the bank of the issued card to prevent that from happening.

This has nothing to do with Apple and you would see that charge whether you had downloaded their app or not.

Dear Speezie!

you are far from the only one with this issue. Nebula as a service is infamous both in Apple and Google community support as to sport shady practices, and I have already answered one question regarding the service today. I do not know what exactly happened to you, as the necessary information does not really occur to me right now from your post. I can only give the suggestion to contact their customer support, as you most certainly have made potential purchases through their web page and not the App Store - I will warn you, their support is known to be unresponsive, and someone else reported something in the lines of “contacted support, got charged $50”, see https://discussions.apple.com/thread/256096416?cid=em-com-watches_email_thread-view_the_full_discussion-en-us-11282023&sortBy=rank - or contact your responsible customer protection agency, e.g. FTC.

Whoops. Turns out I know, it’s (mainly) called EU, I mentioned it in an earlier post, and I don’t like it?

does that mean @Speezy shouldn’t have a chance to get their money back?

Also excuse me for being inaccurate, I should have provided a link like https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/.

Also… yes, @Speezy could try to get a refund through their bank. Try.

thanks
