Copying Automated Articulations from Track Stack into sub tracks

My kit:

MacBook Pro M2 Max 32GB

Logic Pro X

Plugin: Spitfire Audio BBCSO Core

MIDI controller: Behringer FCB1010

What I love: I can use my MIDI keyboard and Behringer foot pedals to play an entire orchestra section, with expression controls and articulation switching, in realtime. I can record a part with automation in the Track Stack of a section, then copy that recording into individual instruments (subtracks) of the section.

My issue:

When I copy the recorded part, the copied Articulation is not assigned to a note; it appears instead as an automation line using CC32. This plays back properly, but makes editing difficult as I cannot select an individual note and then select its Articulation from the drop-down.
