iTunes File Sharing: preserving file modification date & time

Greetings!

iTunes for Windows Version 12.13.7.1

If I copy a bunch of files from iTunes to a local disk folder using File Sharing facility I get file modification date of all the files not preserved as in the originals, but reset to the current date-time step.

Is there a way to preserve the original file modification date-time stamps?
