Last week I bought macbook air M4, and recently I found that the lid of the laptop is not closing properly, leaving a gap between it. I had given it to service provider for fixing the issue but still sometimes it is not closing properly. What's the permanent solution to this.

Before having used a service provider, assuming you purchased the MacBook Air brand new in a factory sealed box directly from Apple or an Authorized Apple Retailer, and assuming you didn’t cause the damage, you could have exchanged it within fourteen days of purchase.
Now that you’ve been to a service provider, the question is whether it was an Authorized Apple Service Provider. If it was, they likely can offer further assistance.
