"Today" Smart Folder not functioning properly

My "Today" SmartFolder which has 2 rules applied to it : Date received = Today and Message is in Mailbox = All Inboxes is not functioning (must meet all criteria to be in mailbox.) Despite trying to recreate the mailbox and trying to manipulate it, it continues to be dysfunctional, showing zero messages. Many of my time-criteria folders are not functioning properly.

This used to not be an issue and I regularly used this folder.
