Wi-Fi and Personal Hotspot not working on Mac, but functional on iPhone

I have tried to restart the WiFi, restart the Mac, and MacBook. But still the WiFi does not work. I’m able to connect, but when I go to the browser it says «no connection»

Original Title: hello. my mac wifi does not work, neither does the personal hot spot. and on my iphone the wifi works perfectly fine. kt is the same problem on my laptop., it started yesterday, and still dors not work.
