hi. i have moved from australia to uk when i cancel my australian apple music subsciption, and renew with a uk apple music subscripiton, will i lose my playlists and songs

You will unfortunately lose your playlists. You have to start all over again. Make sure you download any purchases because they may not be available in your new country. As long as you always have a local copy you're okay.
