Black screen and slow keyboard/trackpad on new MacBook Air M4

Recently i have bought mba m4 16/256.

I bought apple product for its longibility but now so many problems arise now a days.

Some couple of days i am facing slow on keyboard and trackpad. And today 5-10 sec black screen. I was afraid and my os 15.4. Afraid to give update. what's going on?
