Color glitches and freezing when MacBook battery is extremely low

i contacted support about this issue but they just had me completely wipe the MacBook and start as a new device. Still have the same weird glitching. Apps take FOREVER to open even tho it says it should be displayed. It’s freezing really badly. I noticed it only does this when the battery is EXTREMELY low. The battery shows it’s normal. There is no issues. I will say my fan needs replaced. It buzzes like a bee.

I am getting the color glitches that are all distorted too.
