My new puppy has chewed the power cord to my HomePod Mini just enough for it not to work. It doesn’t unplug from the unit.
what are my options?

Except for the fact that the power cord on a HomePod Mini is a USB-C cable that plugs into a charger, not an AC power cable.

it's not too difficult power cables only have 2 wires, heck had to use a soldering iron to fix an old playstation2 controller because a bunny had it's way with it.
The HomePod Mini cable is non-detachable and must be serviced for repair.

You should immediately discontinue using it, it is not safe to use damaged power cords!

Crossing fingers here but if you have an AppleCare+ warranty in effect accidental damage should be covered with a co-pay.
