How do I disable the AI image processing to my photos?

Hello! When taking photos of fine print, the AI image processing completely destroys the details and renders all images totally unusable. Any text I take images of becomes completely illegible. Is there any way to disable this in settings? Online tells me I need to pay money to disable this with a third-party app.

This is honestly becoming such a problem I have thought about switching off from iPhones despite using them for years.
