How can I stop iTunes from launching podcasts on Windows?

Whenever I start itunes, it starts up with podcasts. There are no answers on how to repair itunes in windows, just MAC'S.I have uninstalled and reinstalled Apple Music and have the same problem. Everytime I open itunes, I have to uninstall and reinstall. Any suggestions for windows users?
