How to prevent scratches on Apple Watch Series 10?

I have an Apple Watch series 10 jet black, for about four months. On the back of my watch there are many small scratches or scuffs, without the watch being dropped or hit on a hard surface. If this continues, without a doubt, in less than a year my watch will look ridiculous. Is there any chance Apple replace the watch under warranty? I really doubt it and it’s the last time I’m buying an Apple Watch.

I got the same issue, I bought it on 24th Dec and I've noticed only on the back some unxplained little "dots" that probably run out of color. From the day 1 I've put it on a frame and I also added a screen protector. Today I took off

the frame in order to clean in it with a soft cloth and unfortunately I've noticed some more "dots".

Did you get any serious feedback from Apple?
