Android File Transfer Alternatives for Mac

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to move files and photos from my Android phone to my Mac, but I'm running into problems. Android File Transfer doesn't work anymore, and I can't find a good app.

Anyone know a solid, easy-to-use app or method for getting Android files onto a Mac? Just looking for something that works without a ton of hassle. Appreciate any help!
