I have Apple Music and it’s linked with the same Apple ID for my iPad A16 iPhone se and iPhone 8 Plus
all of them download except my iPhone 8 Plus it says this device cannot be transferred when I try to download a song from Apple Music. Any way I can get some help thanks.

Mobile devices need and get to be ‘associated’ with an Apple Account, to allow such downloads. That may not happen if the mobile device was recently (last 90 days) associated with a different Apple Account. The device would notify you if that were the case (“This device is associated with another Apple Account. You cannot associate this device with another Apple Account for [number] days.”). Could that be it?
It does say that 54 days so I think that’s it
