How to fix phantom clicks after exporting to MP3 in GarageBand?

I use GarageBand to make backing tracks for my musical act. I use the Blocks And Bells Performance midi track for my clicks, panned hard left, tracks panned hard right. I noticed that sometimes after exporting to mp3, there is a noise in the right channel somewhat emulating the click track. It is not present in GarageBand itself, but presents itself after export. There are no stereo effects on, Master Echo is turned off, and full panning was verified. I have no idea why I should be getting any noise bleeding over into the right channel, and I cannot find any export settings that would cause this.
