Time to Leave choice on Calendar events is crossed out on my iPhone 16 Pro

The Time To Leave choice on calendar events is crossed out on my iPhone, even though my location based alerts are turned on, and Calendar has access to location while using and precise is on.

I went to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services and While Using the App and Precise Location are selected.
